As the weather gets colder, keep warm with a cozy knitted headband.
Whether you have always wanted to learn, or are just looking for a new hobby, knitting is the thing for you! Southlake Library invites you to learn how to knit a beautiful autumn headband that is perfect for you or for a gift. This class is best suited for teens and adults, so bring a friend and get knitting! You will have hands-on help from our instructor, which makes the class perfect for beginners. Participants should bring one skein of bulky yarn in the color of their choice and one set of U.S. size 15 knitting needles.
This is a two-part program and you will need to attend both classes to complete your headband. Class will take place on the 3rd floor of Southlake Town Hall on Friday, October 13th and Friday, October 20th from 5-7 PM. Instruction is free, just bring your supplies to class and you will be ready to knit!
