TCC Chef to Compete for National Pastry Chef Honor

Tarrant County College Southeast Culinary Arts instructor Alison Hodges is a regional semi-finalist for the American Culinary Federation’s 2018 Pastry Chef of the Year Award.

Hodges, named in August as the state Pastry Chef of the Year at the Texas Chefs Association state convention in Corpus Christi, will compete at the 2018 ACF Central Regional Salon Feb. 16-18 at Madison College in Madison, WI.
